The current research was conducted with the aim of developing a conceptual model of God-spiritual parenting based on human dignity. For this purpose, first by determining the unit of semantic analysis, the verses of the Holy Quran and hadiths were examined, and the themes related to the derivatives of Karam and its opposite Lum were extracted and coded in three stages.The research method in this research was thematic analysis. According to the Islamic sources, according to the obtained model, wisdom is the core action of the psychological system of God-spiritual parenting, which includes the six basic themes of valuing, interpersonal flexibility, responding to needs, fairness, emotional regulation and behavioral stability, and then under two general components of unconditional value and Interactive balancing was organized and the role of parenting in this model is realized based on divine satisfaction.In the end, the content validity was confirmed through logical and reasoned verification by expert experts using the content validity index coefficient (CVI) with an average of 0.94, and the content validity ratio (CVR) with an average of 1. The results showed that God's spiritual parenting style based on human dignity is a dynamic, complex and comprehensive concept of good, honor and virtues that leads to the formation and maintenance of balance and excellence of the child.
